Pinterest and Twitter are very proactive with their platform rules, regulations, and spam policies. The most highlighted spam activity they have marked is ‘creating duplicate content.’
They have given specific guidelines for sharing similar content, so Social Champ has put certain limitations.
- Pinterest and Twitter integrations are not supported on Social Champ’s free plan.
To maximize these platforms, we encourage users to upgrade to a paid plan, which offers seamless scheduling and other perks. - Pinterest and Twitter have advised third-party apps and users to follow guidelines in their respective Twitter automation rules and Pinterest Community Guidelines.” Multiple posts/accounts: You may not post duplicative or substantially similar Tweets on one account or over multiple accounts you operate”- Twitter” Don’t create or save content that is repetitive, deceptive, or irrelevant in an attempt to make money. To learn how to make great Pins, you can always refer to our creative best practices”- Pinterest
In light of the above guidelines from Twitter and Pinterest, Social Champ doesn’t allow posting identical/similar content to prevent spamming on both platforms.
We think that Twitter and Pinterest’s above measures to avoid the same content were necessary to provide users with authentic content only.
